Personal Injury

“If money is your only standard then consider that, by your lights, someone who loses their nose does not suffer any harm.”

Marcus Aurelius

When a medical professional’s conduct does not meet the accepted standards of practice, you may suffer damages as a result hereof, and have a claim. If you are injured in an incident or accident (which was not your fault) and whilst on public or state-owned property, or on private property, you may qualify to institute a claim against the person or institution on whose property the incident occurred. Examples hereof are injuries caused by dangerous footpaths, pavements, potholes, steps or staircases or when you are bitten by a dog owned by another person. We offer assistance with claims on a “no win, no fee” basis, so we can only charge fees if we are successful with your claim.
